DELIVERY AND REFUNDS

At Cherish and Charm, we strive to provide excellent service, including clear and transparent delivery and refund policies to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the following details carefully to understand how we handle deliveries, returns, and refunds.

Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing
Once your order request is confirmed and the invoice fully paid (including and deposits due prior to delivery), we will process and prepare it for delivery. We aim to deliver on the agreed time and date stated on your invoice.

2. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs will be calculated based on your location, the size and weight of the products, and the selected delivery method. You will be informed of any applicable delivery fees during the order confirmation process.

3. Delivery Times
We aim to delivery orders at the agreed time stated on your invoice, assuming the invoice has been fully paid. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

4. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your delivery is damaged or not as advertised, we will offer a full or partial refund and the goods will either be returned to us or we may offer for you to keep them. No refund will be permitted if the goods have been damaged or altered by the customer.

Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
All purchase orders are final and we do not offer any refunds unless the items have been delivered damaged or not as advertised. This is due to the customisation of each purchase order based on the customer's request(s).

2. Cancellations For Rented Items

Cancellation requests must be sent via email from the customer’s email address mentioned on the invoice. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the agreed delivery date and time will receive a full refund, minus the Sampling Fee and Reservation Deposit if applicable.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event will only be eligible for a refund of the delivery fee and the Security Deposit paid.

4. Refund Process

Refunds for Sampling Fees and Reservation Deposits will not be considered, as these relate to us spending time starting the project for you and reserving your requested time and date respectively.

Refunds will be paid back to the original sender via the same method.
