PRESENTATION
Now that we've met virtually, discussed your vision, and you've seen how Cherish and Charm operates, we're thrilled you've decided to move forward with us!
To officially reserve your date and begin creating samples, we’ll need a deposit. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance, and there are no hidden fees at all. It is time to start bringing your project to life—exciting times ahead!
We can present the designs to you either through a video call or in person, whichever suits you best. During this presentation, we’ll make any necessary adjustments to ensure every detail is just as you envisioned. Our goal is to make everything perfect for your special occasion!
DELIVERY
The big day is here, and we’re on our way! Our team will deliver your items to your chosen location at a time that works best for you. We’ll take care of the full setup, ensuring everything is perfectly arranged so you can relax and focus on enjoying your day. Once everything is in place, we'll step back and let you make the most of your event.
For any rented items, we’ll return at the pre-agreed time and date to carefully collect everything. You won’t need to lift a finger—we’ll make sure all is cleared away without leaving a trace, so you can continue enjoying the rest of your celebration hassle-free.
SUBSCRIPTION
We offer flexible subscription plans, perfect for businesses but also available to individuals. Choose from three options:
1. Weekly Refresh: Receive a new arrangement every week, either selected by you or curated by us. Subscriptions are billed monthly, providing four to five unique styles per period.
2. Seasonal Update: Stay in sync with the seasons. We'll deliver decor tailored to the current or upcoming season, ensuring your space reflects the world outside.
3. Holiday Collection: Celebrate throughout the year with themed floral decorations for every occasion. From Valentine’s Day and Christmas to Ramadan, Diwali, New Year's, and beyond – we’ve got you covered, helping you create a festive and inclusive atmosphere year-round.
